Michelle is the Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Member of
Michelle Ogden & Company LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm
which specializes in Private Wealth Management and Employer Sponsored
Retirement Plans. She holds a Series 7 (inactive), Series 66, Series
215, & FL Real Estate License. Michelle is a CERTIFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a Chartered Retirement Plan
Specialist (CRPS®). Her Wealth Planning Process
includes a more in dept analysis of personal priorities, goals,
dreams and aspirations. It is Michelle’s goal to help
clients discover their true passion and embark on an exciting new
journey of Balance and purpose. Michelle is a regular guest on
the financial television show Wealth & Wisdom hosted by AJ Monte
& Rick Swope which airs weekly on PBS television in South
Florida. Michelle has a passion for teaching & empowering
others that is unparalleled. She is a private mentor and
financial coach. Topics of focus include "living within your
means", "You can Have it All (say NO to instant gratification)" and "Do
what you Love". She authors the quarterly newsletter “What
Matters Most” where she coined the phrase “Money May Not Buy You
Happiness, but Happiness May Make You Rich”.
Michelle is frequently quoted in Investment News and enjoys
volunteering her time to Jounior Achievement where she feels she is
making a difference. Michelle is married and has a 5 year old
Daughter and 3 year old son. Her Family resides in Sunny Central
